About the role: The Digital Advertising Manager will oversee all paid advertising channels, including Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Facebook, Taboola, and Adroll. This person will develop a strategy for Search, Display, Video, and all other paid media formats.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our different types of audiences we serve to develop a personalized digital advertising approach through different personas and industry verticals
  • Manage a team of specialists and ensure collaboration between ad initiatives to ensure brand consistency
  • Coordinate across teams to build cohesive ad campaigns that speak to different stages of the targeting funnel
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns to maximize budget while hitting key business objectives such as traffic, sales, and ROI/ROAS goals
  • Manage bids using customized campaign settings, automated bidding strategies, and remarketing strategies
  • A/B test ad copy, design, and/or landing pages for campaign optimization
  • Execute and maintain social media campaigns
  • Create a creative paid media strategy based on analytical observations 
  • Assist the Director of Demand Generation with tactical campaign development and expansion of existing paid search marketing campaigns
  • Analyze and maintain ad spend according to set budget, and optimize as needed
  • Produce weekly campaign performance reports
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $100,000+ 
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics experience
  • Strong cross-functional skills and experience working with marketing, content, product, engineering, design, and analytics teams
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality
  • Experience with defining quarterly goals including quantified KPI targets
  • Experience managing teams and effectively communicating goals
  • Experience using Google automated bid strategies
  • Experience with display and video advertising, and social media marketing
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Experience managing third party B2B relationships preferred
