We are currently looking for a responsible and compassionate treatment plan coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating a coordinated treatment plan for patients and will be expected to schedule check-ups for patients with doctors and appointments. You will also be required to explain treatment plans to patients’ families and patients as well as report to other healthcare professionals about your patient’s progress.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for same-day treatment plan presentations and checkout,
- F/U on all treatment plans,
- Manage the unscheduled list and master treatment plan list,
- Manage recare system.
- Process dismissals.
- Periodically check for neatness in the waiting rooms and bathroom
- Manage escalated patient concerns.
- Responsible for closing (as scheduled.
- Responsible for all aspects of the schedule (production, review to make sure correct procedures are scheduled and set-complete, confirmation protocol, fills open time, makes changes as necessary to provider availability.
- Coordinate staff meetings/functions,
- Maintain postage and office supplies
- Correspondence to and from specialist
- A large Treatment plan, multi-operator tx plan coordination
- Coordinate maintenance requests
- Print out daily sheets and return them to 3rd party insurance specialist for modifications
- Manage the Vm when inclement weather occurs
- Scanning patient forms if checking them in prior to appts.
- Beginning of day( if first one in):
- Ready the waiting room, coffee station, and bathrooms, Check VM, Weave, and download pt forms
- End of day (if last one to leave)
- Generate Production/Income report
- Generate Payment reports & review them to ensure that reports balance
- Run CC detail report
- Add managed billing payments to OD
- Attach managed billing report and batch close details to day sheet
- Add cash deposits to the report located in the petty cash drawer
- Verify merchant services for end-of-day and daily sheets when closing
Qualifications
- Dental experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Compensation
$20 - $23 hourly
