• Reviews accounts to determine the reason for any pending balance
• Proactively contact patients to make collection efforts
• Follow-ups on any outstanding claims
• Sends patient statements when account balances are patient responsibility
• Submit appeals
• Resubmit Denials or Claims requiring additional information

• Dental Insurance: 1 year (Required)
• Dental Setting Experience 1 year (Required)
• Clear understanding of account ledgers (Required)
• Denticon Experience is a plus!
• Billing knowledge is Required!
