You will manage our robust database and lead generation activities for The Joanne Curtin Real Estate Network. You have a track record of executing a successful marketing plan. You relish the opportunity to build, implement and manage multiple systems and checklists. You are a “doer” and when needing to get a lot of things done, they get done! You are organized with details along with an ability to look at the big picture. You keep everyone up to speed, come up with ideas that are researched in advance and follow through is your middle name. You earn respect and shows respect, have a high capacity to manage multiple projects with a “bring it on” attitude, are self-motivated and find time to learn in spite of your busy schedule. You will assist in all aspects of the process by making warm follow ups, cultivating, implementing a marketing follow up plan and managing leads in our contact management database system. You know how to promote through open houses, face to face contact, letters, email marketing and social media. People tell you that you can write everything from a greeting card to a newsletter. You have the ability to see placement and like to create interesting and compelling marketing. You love photos, logos and have been trained on Word, Publisher, Illustrator and can interface with the graphics department.
Your excitement for promotion extends to your ability to promote the team. One piece is that you like to throw a party. The Joanne Curtin Team is big on education, community outreach and celebration.
