We are looking for an individual who is talented, EXTREMELY detail-oriented, and learning-based to become a Database Administrator. You will manage our database and CRM systems. To succeed in this role, you must be organized, solution-based, and accurate in order to be capable of following up without hesitation. The ideal candidate will work independently, have strong technology skills, and be willing to search for the right information.

Applicants should love helping people, have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality, and enjoy continually learning how to streamline our process. They will relish the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and will be eager to demonstrate your ability to support the team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on leadership within the team.

Compensation:

  • Salary:$55,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities

This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work alongside marketing/design partner
  • Enter client information into CRM and monitor for accuracy
  • Manage Client Segments for agents and for the team
  • Update and review information for buyer and seller pipelines
  • Manage client sources/sources of business
  • Track and measure all marketing avenues and ROI as possible
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns
  • Handle analytics and weekly reporting
  • Update unique touch points (birthdays, home anniversaries, new jobs, big life events, etc.)
  • Manage reviews and keep referral portals and Referral Partner program updated
  • Organize DTD2 Accountability
  • Maintain Network and new-sphere member plans
  • Oversee client home management system
  • Manage text riders for signs and QR Codes
  • Maintain drip campaigns and conversion plans
  • Send newsletters, Direct Mail Campaigns, and handle Retargeting Campaigns
  • Manage Inside Sales Department
  • Golden Handoff Management
  • Manage Golden Letters
  • Social Agent Management
  • Maintain/Add to new build spreadsheet 
  • Manage Zapier and keep zaps up to data

Qualifications

  • CRM or database experience
  • Real Estate experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management
  • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Comfortable with data entry

Compensation
$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
