We are looking for a Data Entry/Administrative Assistant for full time in office. Job includes data entry and maintenance into CRM systems, administrative and marketing assistance maintaining client reporting and tracking systems. Must have strong attention to detail and be proficient with online tools.

Responsibilities

  • Entry and maintenance of client lists into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Tracking, entry and reporting on Property Marketing
  • Creation, editing and updating on marketing and client services projects
  • Administrative tasks and projects as needed on an ongoing basis

Qualifications

  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Data Entry/Management Experience
  • Adaptable to new software programs
  • Time Management
  • Desire to learn and grow with the team

Compensation
$15 - $17 hourly
