We are looking for another team partner that can handle the day-to-day data entry in accounting but also work as a small office admin with phones, booking travel, taking meeting notes, and creating memos. We have a ton of fun as a team and surround ourselves with problem-solving, strong-minded, and most importantly self-starting individuals. • Updating accounting with CC transactions, deposit checks, entering hours and working with our CPA
• Answering phone calls - navigating voice mails, helping customers with needs
• General office admin responsibilities and stocking up materials
• booking travel for the team and looking for best deals
• Sitting in on meetings, taking notes and helping with new forms and process

• QB data entry experience
• Drivers lice
• ability to self-start
• Basic and creative travel booking
• Awesome additions- Even planning, photo show experience, rendering experience

We are a small company of 12 employees started from scratch to fill a need in the entertainment industry and want for a brand that creates partnerships as its base foundation. We produce some of the world's largest holiday shows, theme park grand openings, and marketing tours. Between our print shop, fabricators, special effects, and onsite teams every day is unique one.
