Responsibilities

  • Imagine playing a pivotal role in determining what direction each and every marketing and sales initiative will go within a company… Synchronizing, compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on every single KPI, ROAS, CPL, CPC, and LTV to reach optimal performance
  • Now imagine you get to run the show! You’d get to unleash your unique talent by building the infrastructure the way “you would build it” so you get the data configured exactly how you need it to be to decipher the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, marketing vehicles, marketing sources, sales initiatives, promotions, branding, the client journey, etc.  
  • You will be entrusted to create and deliver accurate and timely analysis reports across a variety of media channels, (becoming a trusted advisor to the CEO and Marketing Director by providing your strategic guidance for any and all data-driven decisions). You’ll get to work alongside the marketing team and support them in conducting continuous testing and analysis to increase lead volume, improve conversion rates, reactivate existing clients, and attract new clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create a seamless reporting infrastructure that ensures best practices in regards to: campaign management, lead generation, CRM database management and web/online advertising analytics 
  • ​Support the marketing team to optimize all media channels (offline and online) and help improve performance and scalability
  • ​Develop effective and accurate tracking and reporting for all email and social campaigns 
  • ​Conduct complex data analyses across all paid media, social, CRM (Active Campaign) and website analytics that will be used by Marketing Director to make strategic decisions
  • ​Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, websites, funnels) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads, and clients
  • Aid the marketing team in segmenting lead and client lists, and develop automated workflows based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
  • ​Create, maintain and report on all metrics (internal databases/external data sources) within the grand scope of all marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact 
  • ​Identify key avatars and target audiences for each particular media campaign in progress and for future initiatives
  • ​Create, maintain and update all data analytic processes and procedures (SOPs)
  • ​Collect and analyze internal sales and marketing data to uncover trends, correlations, new opportunities, and improvement areas
  • Analyze A/B tests for different marketing media, and be able to report on each moving part in a campaign at the granular level
  • Develop dashboards and automate marketing reporting processes so visibility is accessible in real time
  • Understand the marketing and sales strategies for each channel including the data sets necessary to complete your analysis and procure them accordingly
  • Run ad hoc analysis upon request and provide actionable insights with recommendations for next steps
  • Apply context and lifetime value as a holistic part of all data interpretation reported

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years as a Data Analytics Specialist, Chief Analytics Officer, or Director of Data Analytics. Including a proven track record of providing actionable insights and clear strategic direction across various marketing channels and platforms
  • 4+ years direct response marketing and/or digital marketing, website/funnel/email/ad analytics, and qualitative and quantitative research methods and reporting tools. 

Must be familiar with: 

  • Active Campaign CRM
  • Google Analytics  
  • Microsoft Excel
  • ​Google workspace
  • ​Click Funnels
  • ​Wordpress/HTML/CSS
