We are seeking an energetic, organized and self-motivated person to work on our team. The Customer Support Representative will offer customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service.
Your job will be to help ensure our clients they have the best experience possible. Answering questions, processing requests, resolving concerns, and following up with them as necessary. When you are not impressing customers with your outstanding customer service skills, you will be helping to build our company in a variety of ways. As a startup, there is no shortage of variety of opportunities and responsibilities, so be prepared to be flexible and versatile.Ability to complete things in a timely manner, and to prioritize in a fast paced, growing environment.
