SBD Housing Solutions is looking for multiple Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team.
The first contact within our business, the Customer Support Representative, answers inbound calls from homeowners looking to sell! The CSR will qualify the asset, answer questions, educate the client, and set appointments for our acquisition team.

In this role, you will have objectives and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead flow. Answering incoming calls from marketing-driven lead generation.
- Educate callers on SBD value proposition and identify appointment opportunity windows.
- Qualify assets and schedule in-person appointments for the acquisition team.
- Maintain Salesforce (CRM) records and data.
- Complete Quality Assurance follow-up calls on scheduled appointments to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for the company scorecard.
- Experience call center, customer service, or inbound sales environments
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Articulate and well-spoken; strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and sense of humor
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
$18 - $20 hourly
