Responsibilities
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Establish connections with potential clients
- Channel new, eligible leads into the sales pipeline
- Pursue fresh business prospects to broaden the customer base
- Regularly update customer databases to provide up-to-date client information to the sales team and our corporate referring partners
- Possess proficient time management abilities
Qualifications
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills are a must-have
- Call center experience is desirable
- Passing a background check is mandatory
Compensation
$40,000 -$100,000 yearly
