We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. - Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
$15 hourly base + tips
