Do you love interacting with others, making connections, and helping people? Then you’re an excellent fit for the customer service representative position at our company! You’ll be responsible for assisting our lead Customer Experience Specialist by mitigating service problems and providing an exemplary customer experience.   • In-office two times a week (Tuesday and Thursday)
  • 16 hours a week (2- 8 hour shifts/week)

  • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
  • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
  • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
  • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
  • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Previous work in a customer-facing position
$13 hourly
