Customer Service Specialist for Vacation Rental Company

Responsibilities
- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Manage booking inquiries, communicate with guests
- Schedule maintenance and follow-through
- Inspect properties
- Handle guest correspondence
- File insurance claims
- Meet with prospective homeowners
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Available nights and weekends
- Self-motivated learner
- Proficient computer skills and property management software knowledge
- Team Player
- Customer service oriented
Compensation
$35,000 - $38,000 yearly
