You will be working for our Plumbing, Heating, cooling, and electrical company! We are a nationally known franchise. We own Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, One Hour Heating and Cooling, and Mister Sparky Electric.

• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team

• Take incoming calls for customer needs, book service appointments, confirm appointments, and reschedule appointments.
• You will be at your own desk using Service Titan Software. Basic computer and phone skills required

• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Previous work in a customer-facing position
