We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative! We are looking for someone outgoing, driven, and self-reliant.
- Answer customer calls and online inquiries about products.
- Troubleshoot and research customer issues or questions.
- Document customer interactions on the IT System.
- Process payment and shipping instructions.
- Pick, pack and ship replacement orders.
- Process phone orders for replacement parts.
- Mechanically inclined (#1 Requirement)
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Great IT skills (Must be able to operate in MS-Office and ERP System)
- Able to lift up to 40 LBS repetitively
$13 - 15 hourly
