- Maintain regular contact with clients, answering questions and making changes to existing policies
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Replying to agency emails in regard to client's questions and concerns
- Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities within our existing client base
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and coachable
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up
- Professional phone etiquette
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Currently possess a Property Casualty and/or Life Health Insurance license
