  • Ensure we have the required documents from clients to begin the credit repair process
  • Schedule calls with clients to discuss products and service questions, general information, and complaints
  • Ensure client account information is up-to-date
  • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
  • Solve client problems and find the best possible solutions
  • Resolve client complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Refer to client scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
  • Following up with existing clients
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Help clients navigate Got Credit'/s website (
  • Attend weekly Zooms for training with clients
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about improving personal and business credit
  • Work closely with the team lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
  • Become a product expert and understand each client's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
  • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere

  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Dedicated workspace/office in home

$40,000 - $55,000 yearly
