We have an amazing group of kind, hardworking people here in the office, and we are thrilled to add another fun person to our group. We work together to provide fanatical customer service for our customers and they love Moxie Pest Control!

Our office has a very upbeat, fun environment. We have frequent office games with great prizes (gift cards, movie tickets, catered lunches). Each quarter we gather for a company-wide celebration (bowling nights, bubble soccer, casino nights). The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!

As an office care expert, you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. In your first few months, you will learn how to effectively and efficiently help all types of customers, mainly through phone calls, while also learning about our different departments to see where you will be a great fit.

We are looking to immediately fill several positions. All positions include speaking with customers over the phone. Specific duties/roles may include:

• Inbound customer service calls for existing customers
• Responding to customer emails and text messages
• New customer onboarding and verification
• Outbound billing, scheduling, quality assurance follow up
• Scheduling appointments
• Administrative tasks (data entry, auditing, etc.)
• Inbound Sales
• Account Retention
• Dance party coordination
• A million other possibilities

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Pass a background check
• Computer and Typing experience
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Sales experience is a big plus, however, this job is not commission based
