- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Empathic listener with the ability to direct the conversation in a constructive and positive direction
- Ability to offer the next step in the process, a consultation, to determine our ability to handle their unique situation.
- Answer incoming calls to give the caller the best result
- Collect the information obtained during the call and place it in Zoho CRM
- Communicate vital information to the consultant that will next meet with the caller
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- College graduate a plus
