Customer Service Representative reports directly to office manager and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of the company. 

Duties include managing phone and e-mail communications, and follow-up calls. This includes fielding phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person, providing updates to patients, acting as the lead resource for administrative and secretarial support and maintaining office files both hard copy and electronic.

The ideal candidate has experience in the medical field, billing or collections, working in a fast paced office environment and can approach this position with strong management and organizational skills with responsibility and commitment. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude who enjoys working with people. Must have prior experience in the medical field and / or billing and collection for DME or Medical professionals.

Bilingual candidates preferred.

  • Primary duties include assisting customers, providing updates, inbound / outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling and following up  
  • Create processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Organize work flow, verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorization
  • Work in collaboration with team to obtain all necessary documentations
  • Coordinate delivery and installation of equipment


  • Calling insurances companies
  • Follow up on collection tasks with insurance companies
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Be a team player and well spoken
  • Excellent or proficient computer skills
  • Experience in marketing / telemarketing
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills
  • Organization is absolutely necessary
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
  • Allied health experience is a PLUS
  • Sales experience is a PLUS
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to lift at least 75lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Will have to pass fitting exam certificate


$25,000-$38,000.00 per year
