International Travel Solutions is a travel agency call center that is currently seeking talented, experienced individuals that have great knowledge in the travel, customer service, and sales industry. The position needed will require someone who can solve problems in real-time, while maintaining a professional, courteous attitude to achieve customer satisfaction as well as company goals. This position is full-time and will require the following:
Our office is located in Maitland at the Genesis Health Clubs - Orlando Sportsplex, right off of I-4, close to everything!
Pay is salary plus commission and is paid every week.
ALL major holidays off (Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, etc.)
Part-time position only. Current hours are Monday-Friday 10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm EST

- Assisting individuals with domestic and international bookings over the phone
- Troubleshooting website and login issues
- Online walkthroughs/tutorials
- Achieving sales goals through product knowledge
- Understanding of scripts and sales
- Minimum of 2 years experience and knowledge in the travel industry
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service (call center or face-to-face)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales industry (face-to-face or telemarketing)
- MUST be able to multi-task with different computer applications while speaking to clients over the phone
