Do you love interacting with others, making connections, and helping people? Then you’re an excellent fit for the Customer Service Representative position at our company! You’ll be responsible for keeping in touch with about 2,000 customers so that we are always "top of mind." No customer wants to feel forgotten! Your calls will be aimed at helping fulfill any needs or questions they may have. Some need a contractor from our 'trusted contractor list.' Others will want to refer a friend or family member that we can help with selling or buying a home. When they do call, we want them to know your name and recognize you as being their "go-to" for the help they need. If this posting sounds like a job you’ll love, we highly encourage you to apply.

• Stay-in-touch calls to our customers, calling each customer 4x per year to offer beneficial tips and advice for homeowners. All scripts are provided. Makes notes about your interactions after each call.
• Make customer service calls to current clients, to assure our agents are providing Wow service while in the process of buying or selling. Good follow-up is a must for those expecting a callback.
• Update records in our database. Customer information changes often!
• Earn Bonuses when your call generates a buyer or seller referral from the customers you talk to.
• Because a "familiar voice" appeals to customers, we are looking to make a long-term hire with a person who feels they are well-suited and will enjoy working in this capacity. We want our customers to become accustomed to hearing from you regularly.
• A friendly, engaging voice is important. The ability to speak clearly and with good grammar is a must.

• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
