Do you love interacting with others, making connections, and helping people? Then you’re an excellent fit for the customer service representative position at Newtown Termite & Pest Control. If you don't like to be "BUGGED", perfect because you will be helping people get rid of their Pest problems in their homes and office. You’ll be responsible for answering phones, answering some simple questions, and arranging a free home inspection. Work from home, some nights and weekends may be necessary. You will be responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
  • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints

  • Handling customer questions, listening to service issues, ask questions to get the information required in order to schedule a FREE INSPECTION. You will also be scheduling service calls from current customer

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED not necessary, but must be professional and responsible you will be working from home during set hours
  • Good communications skills required
  • Must have computer knowledge, speak good English, be professional and friendly

Compensation
$35,000 year
