Our division, Dedicated Converting Group, in Jonesburg Missouri, is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers, as well as assist with admin duties. This is a full-time, 40hr per week position. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Experience in manufacturing is a plus and within the paper industry is even better. Strong systems abilities and business-to-business customer service understanding. - Order entry in Quickbooks
- Communicate with customers via mostly email, with some phone calls
- Allocate materials for job production based on part size vs sheet layout, make pallet labels and info packets
- Update and adjust inventory in VNC on a daily basis
- Scan and forward accounting materials, create BOL's
- Prepare UPS/FedEx shipments
- Assist with filing and pricing
- Effectively communicate customer needs with the production department via Michigan scheduling and Missouri delivery production meetings – understand the scheduling process and time requirements for jobs
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Experience in Quickbooks is helpful
