We are a respite company that offers non-medical services to special needs individuals. We are looking for a friendly upbeat Customer Service Representative to assist clients!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones- assisting with customers calling for status on their services orders, etc.
  • Engage with customers as the first point of contact, strong communication skills
  • Quick Books knowledge a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Writing up customers orders and data entry
  • Must have strong time management skills


Qualifications

We are looking for a long-term person who wants to become part of our family.

  • Part-Time position with fixed schedule 20-25 hrs a week with a potential increment of hours in the near future.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication required
  • Punctual, excellent attendance

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time

Compensation
$15.50 to $16.50 DOE
About GSG SUPPORT SERVICES

GSG Support Services provides In-Home Respite services, we take over the safety, welfare, and care of the special needs individual for a few hours during the day or night, this allows the parents to take a "respite", a breather, time for themselves to take care of important errands or just to recharge their minds and be able to return home and continue their demanding, challenging and beautiful journey as parents of a special needs person.
