The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be a problem solver.

  • Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educate customers on our product.
  • Process orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
