Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to be the face of our local business. You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, and assist us with other operations as needed. We are looking for 2-3 days per week max with one day being Saturday. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team.   • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
  • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
  • Assist the sales team with preparation of quote documents and emails


  • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • Can juggle multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Able to focus clearly on details
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency

$16 - $20 hourly
