We help families overcome their fears and anxieties surrounding paying for insurance they don’t understand. The greatest risks to our clients are tied to their family life, 6-figure incomes, and the stuff they’ve worked so hard for.

We solve our clients' problems by teaching clients how the insurance they pay for will help them when they need it the most. 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
  • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed

  • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
  • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
  • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
  • Educating clients on the policies they have purchased.

Qualifications
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent

  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • This job requires a high attention to detail

Compensation
$13 - $18 hourly
