We are looking for a talented individual to be a part of our Customer Service team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and build immediate relationships with customer to schedule call appointment.
- Gather and enter customer's information into our CRM.
- Manage the dispatch board.
- Work closely with Operation managers on scheduling technicians.
- Responsible for follow up contact with customers and sending review link for google.
- Update Happy Call Spreadsheet (This is how we track our customer feedback)
- Work closely with our office administration.
Qualifications
- Previous Call taker experience.
- Experience working with the Google platform.
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Able to stay focused during multiple incoming calls.
- Team Player
Compensation
$13 - $16
