We are looking for a talented individual to be a part of our Customer Service team.

• Answer incoming phone calls and build immediate relationships with customer to schedule call appointment.
• Gather and enter customer's information into our CRM.
• Manage the dispatch board.
• Work closely with Operation managers on scheduling technicians.
• Responsible for follow up contact with customers and sending review link for google.
• Update Happy Call Spreadsheet (This is how we track our customer feedback)
• Work closely with our office administration.

• Previous Call taker experience.
• Experience working with the Google platform.
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Able to stay focused during multiple incoming calls.
• Team Player
