Our organization supports several Dental Offices in NC. Our customer service representatives play a really important role in our organization. Our call agents provide assistance to new and existing patients.


Responsibilities

  • Inbound/outbound calls
  • Scheduling new and existing patients
  • Confirming appointments
  • Voicemail return
  • Recall report
  • Text monitoring
  • Monitoring/responding to emails
  • Communication (emails/texts)
  • Lead report

Qualifications

  • Excellent speaking skills - upbeat, clear and friendly telephone voice
  • Active listening skills
  • Bi-Lingual only (Spanish/English)
  • Customer Service experience and detail-oriented
  • Interact with customers, solicit sales, schedule, reschedule, provide information about products, services, or handle complaints effectively
  • Ability to retain and share information accurately
  • Tech Savy - Able to quickly adapt to different programming
  • Organized with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated - ability to tune out co-workers and stay on task
  • Critical thinking

Compensation
$7.50 - $9 hourly
