Our mission is to create a customer-focused experience and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach that objective while supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of customer service and administrative experience. The person we hire will adhere to the highest ethical standards, possess impeccable attention to detail and exhibit an exceptionally professional manner.

The natural ability to organize and prioritize several daily tasks with minimal direction is crucial for this position. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. We are searching for a team member who takes pride in the quality of their work while maintaining the ability to multi-task and problem solve. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently but maintain an exceptional attitude and joyfully assist others while sharing our belief that customers come first.

There is an opportunity for advancement for an individual who desires to contribute to the growth and refinement of the organization while advancing along with it.  

Responsibilities

  • Be primary for all incoming calls
  • Take responsibility for addressing the needs of clients by remaining the point of contact while you access information from other team members to provide solutions and solve challenges and issues
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports
  • Research and produce assigned special projects as required by the President
  • Provide out of office client contact as needed
  • Assist with general office duties such as scanning, filing and office errands
  • This is a "People Person" position!! 

Qualifications

  • Must have 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail, high-level of accuracy and extremely organized
  • Technology savvy with the ability to learn and troubleshoot new programs quickly
  • High regard for doing things the right way, the first time
  • Quick typing skills
  • Flexibility in daily routines with the ability to manage shifting responsibilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An openness to new ideas with a solution-oriented approach to issues

Compensation
$15 - $16 per hour
