Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer orders received via email, fax and EDI
  • Enter orders from customer phone calls
  • Create shipping documentation (Bill of Lading) and carton labeling for UPS and LTL Carriers
  • Phone support (basic product technical knowledge required)
  • Work with warehouse staff to determine best ship method
  • Analyze warehouse shipping capacity based on daily order intake


Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistant degree or experience
  • Microsoft Office computer skills (word, excel, email)
  • QuickBooks knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail is a very key qualification to this job
  • Problem-solving skills – ability to think out of the box
  • Reliable and friendly phone support
  • Typing skills, 10 key and spelling accuracy a must


Compensation
$16 - 20 hourly
