Arizona Real Estate license REQUIRED
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to increase the likely hood of them using our services again
- Maintain past client relationships with quarterly check-in phone calls and asking for referrals
- Keep a clean and accurate client database with updated contact information and communication notes
- Send out client cards, gifts, and mailers
- A constant drive to improve the experience of clients and client services processes
- Great conversationalist who is able to build rapport and credibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the technical aptitude to learn new systems
- Salesforce experience or like CRM experience preferred
- Arizona Real Estate license REQUIRED
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
