The Bottrell Team, Ardent Real Estate Services is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee our client database, manage inquiries, and handle complaints. This person will be in charge of updating CRM platform to notify agents and other departments as necessary and escalate complaints across a number of departments.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated, love being on the phone, have a pleasant personality, good penmanship and have experience working with computers.
