We are a successful and busy real estate team looking for a well-organized, hard-working individual to keep in constant contact with clients. You must possess a pleasant telephone manner and good people skills.
- Follow up daily with all agents who have shown our listings in order to gather feedback.
- Enter all showing data into the contact management system.
- Follow up weekly via telephone with all our sellers to give them feedback from showings and to update them on any change in market conditions.
- Follow up with our buyers to make sure their agent is communicating with them and showing them houses.
- Update agents weekly on any areas of concern that sellers may have (i.e. reductions, extensions, issues. etc)
- Obtain client testimonials.
- Caring for past clients after closing
- Post close calls
- Quarterly follow-up calls.
- Past client retention
- Referral gifts
- Follow past clients on social media
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Real estate experience preferred
