The responsibility of our Customer Service Leaders is to ensure all operations and customer interactions run smoothly during their assigned shift. This includes customer service, inventory/product management, staffing/scheduling, and cashiering. Our Customer Service Leads are the go-to people for problems that arise.
The Customer Service Lead position has a flexible schedule including daytime, night time and weekend hours, with availability determined by the employee.
