The responsibility of our Customer Service Leaders is to ensure all operations and customer interactions run smoothly during their assigned shift. This includes customer service, inventory/product management, staffing/scheduling, and cashiering. Our Customer Service Leads are the go-to people for problems that arise.

The Customer Service Lead position has a flexible schedule including daytime, night time and weekend hours, with availability determined by the employee.

Our operations run smoothly because our Customer Service Leaders are committed to excellent service, quality production, and are devoted to serving as part of our great team. Our Customer Service Leads are expected to support the team and bring great attitudes so our team remains strong. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in work ethic and attitude
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Balance cash drawers and cashier as necessary
  • Assist in the development of other team members and encourage the team 
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Problem solve as necessary
  • Assist in covering shifts and scheduling as needed
  • Work with other Leads to ensure smooth transactions and appropriate communication between shifts
  • Communicate any issues or concerns with the owner
  • Will be trained to decorate cookies

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required.  

Compensation
$10-$14
