We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. - Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
- Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
- At least one year of experience as a sales representative
- Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process
- Candidate must be willing to learn
