Are you organized, creative, skilled in building relationships, and love planning events? We have an amazing opportunity for our team as our Director of Happiness. This person stays in touch with our past and current clients plans events (3 major per year) and works with the team to build a culture with our agents and staff.

• Use our CRM to stay in touch with our past clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Plans events (must be very organized)
• Organizes team functions, birthdays, anniversaries, and team building events

• We are looking for someone who is the life of the party and has never met a stranger!
• If you have experience with organizing events and the gift of gab, this may be the job for you!
• You must be professional, have excellent writing skills, and not afraid to speak to people face to face.
• Part time (Monday - Friday / 9:00am to 2:00pm).
