We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Compensation is $30,000 - $40,000 plus monthly commissions and annual bonus
Responsibilities
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls for leads
- Document and update customer records based on interactions within our e-agent system
- Meet monthly sales quotas
Qualifications
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
