- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
- Maintain customer shipping or mailbox accounts and update their information as needed
- Make sure each customer leaves the store satisfied and all problems are handled properly
- Create records of customer interactions and follow up with customers to ensure all of the questions have been answered
- Create shipping labels for customers to ensure their packages arrive
- Reply to incoming phone calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints
- Pack customer items to UPS Shipper standards (you will get trained on this to become a packing expert)
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D, or equivalent
- One year customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to multitask
- Proactive listening skills and superb communication skills
- Must be able to work both independently and as a team
- Must have your own vehicle for transportation to and from work
- Must have a willingness to learn new things
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
$10 - $13 hourly
