How will you help grow our firm?

  • Generate financial plans, annual review summaries, written reports and other presentation materials to drive forward the client’s priorities
  • Engage in data entry, data analysis and case research, including but not limited to estate planning, insurance, retirement and investment models
  • Assist clients with account aggregation and technical issues
  • Develop and maintain written documentation of all team and client activities pertaining to client’s goals
  • Communicate effectively with the client and other team members to keep up to date on the planning process
  • Participate in client meetings; support advisors as needed 


  •  FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or 7 and 66 
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Facility with MS Office and technology in general
  • Some experience as a financial services professional a plus
  • Experience with eMoney and/or other financial planning software a plus
  • Experience not necessary, but preferred


$35,000 - $75,000 yearly
