- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
- Answer incoming calls on service questions to set appointments and for general inquiries
- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service knowledge
- Utilize scripts to handle all customer interactions
- Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new information as needed
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Excellent teamwork and communication between departments
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must be proficient at working in fast-paced environments with excellent communication skills
- Must have experience using CRM systems
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Sales Experience is preferred but not required
$12 - $13 hourly
