  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing information about products and services to customers
  • Processing orders and returns
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer interactions
  • Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
  • Maintaining a positive, professional attitude and demeanor at all times


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Salesforce
