- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
- Provide positive, uncommon, & unforgettable customer service.
- Answer phones, set appointments, write repair orders, order/receive parts, assist with customer drop off and pick up.
- Monitor and reply to general company email inbox.
- Assists with customer intake and moving vehicles.
- Well-organized and committed to the automotive service industry.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
- Team-focused, willing to pitch in and help in other areas of business as needed.
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
