Responsibilities
  • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
  • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
  • Reply to incoming calls from agency owners including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
  • Ensure agency owner account information is up-to-date

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Must be Property and Casualty licensed by the California dept. of Insurance
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Multi-Task
  • Have attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Responsible
  • Must have Insurance Industry background - Experience with Farmers Insurance is a plus
