Busy Jacksonville Real Estate office is hiring a personal assistant and customer service rep! Duties include processing leads and inquiries and callbacks. If you enjoy working in a high-energy office, speaking with people, and are looking for flexibility - this is it! We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, likes to win, and self-disciplined.

Pay is $55,000 to $70,000 for the 1st year including commissions and bonuses (Second year projected income $100k+)


  • Calling back property inquiries and requests
  • No cold calling
  • Processing leads to database
  • 8 hours per day working only 2 Saturdays a month
  • Accountability and daily reporting
  • No Running around with buyers and sellers
  • No Real Estate License Required to apply


  • Computer knowledge
  • A Great Attitude
  • Some Customer service sales calling experience
  • Good Phone Etiquette
  • Organized and highly motivated
  • Self- disciplined
  • Able to follow directions
  • Having your Real Estate license is a plus, but not required!
