Customer Service Agent for Title Support Position

We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. We welcome applicants who are interested in developing strong relationships with our agents by providing high levels of customer service, supporting their business growth as well as their relationship with our closing team. Compensation is determined based on previous work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
  • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
  • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries

  • Engage customers daily with a service attitude
  • Pull legal descriptions as requested
  • Generate title commitments
  • Issue title policy's
  • Assist in planning and coordinating agent appreciation and client appreciation events
  • Monitor and measure monthly closings
  • Proactively reach out to generate new business
  • Develop a monthly marketing plan to provide consistent items of value

Qualifications
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  • Previous work in a customer-facing position
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
Compensation
$45,000+ depending on experience
