Responsibilities
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Input estimates, orders and maintains up-to-date workflow information, with emphasis on detail.
- Follow up with inquiries and estimates in a timely manner and help push workflow through the shop.
- Ability to multitask - answer phones, emails and assist customs in a busy sign shop.
- Responsible for managing deposits and final payments on all orders.
- Knowledge in standard sign materials/substrates and ability to measure and obtain dimensions for on site surveys.
- Communicate when supplies and materials are delivered to other staff.
- Work in a team environment with installers, fabricators, designers and management.
- Compensation based on relevant experience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Detail oriented, team player with strong work ethic
Compensation
$17.50 - $30 hourly
