The Trust Coordinator will interact with assigned clients by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, assisting distributions, updating client files and providing an elevated level of customer support, and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure confidentiality of client’s personal information.
  • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints.
  • Work closely with the Director of Case Management to stay up to date on service and product knowledge.
  • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered.
  • Take phone calls to assist clients with distribution requests and questions regarding their trusts.
  • Gather and compile pertinent client information regarding their current living situation, disability, support, financial information, and needs.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and report client emergency calls.
  • Deescalate situations involving dissatisfied clients by offering patience, assistance, and support.
  • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information, as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere.
  • Display effective communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills.
  • Background in Public Benefits/Medicaid preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data entry, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide detailed phone notes through case management software.
  • Must pass an extensive background check since highly confidential information will be accessible.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Salesforce.

Compensation
$37,000 - $40,000
